Business Talent Visa (sub class 132)
This visa is for experienced business owners who want to start a new business or wish to operate existing business in Australia. This is a state-nominated permanent residence visa for business owners and entrepreneurs. This visa is valid for 5 years with an option of getting permanent residency or Australian citizenship. For this visa you need to have an annual business turn over.

- For at least 2 of the last 4 fiscal years you had:
- net assets in business of at least AUD 400,000; or
- 10% ownership of the business if it is a publicly listed company.
- the business had an annual turnover of at least AUD 3 million for 2 of the last 4 fiscal years
- You have net assets of at least AUD 1.5 million.
