This visa allows Australian employer to sponsor overseas workers to fill in position within the company. Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) or “TSS visa” is a work visa which allows Australian employers to sponsor a person from overseas to work in their business in Australia. If you have the skills to fill a job position with an Australia employer who is looking to recruit you then you may be eligible for the TSS visa. Nomination

The employee has to be nominated for a position which is in the list of occupations published by the department. They should be paid market salary and the threshold salary is $53,900+Superannuation (9.5%)

Visa application

The visa application is done by the employee. The applicant should have at least three (3) years of experience in the same industry/skill level. The applicant should also meet English language requirement of 5 on each band of ILETS or equivalent). The applicant should also be able to meet health and character requirements.
